Butter/cooking oil/grease /margarine
Pre-treat the stained area with Ariel liquid detergent, or soak the garment with Ariel powder and leave for one hour. Then wash as normal at the hottest temperature indicated by the care label.
Whether it’s on your clothes or your baby’s, try Ariel Sunrise Fresh and soak it in warm water, then wash as the care label instructs. Alternatively, you can pre-treat the stain with Ariel Power Gel before washing as normal.
Beetroot and blackcurrant
Don’t be alarmed by the purple colour – it will come out. Treat with Ariel liquid or powder detergent then wash according to the care label with Ariel Power Gel.
Soak for an hour in cold water and then wash either with Ariel powder detergent, or Ariel liquid detergent.
Mayonnaise and milk
Soak in a warm water solution containing Ariel powder detergent, then wash according to the fabric care label. If you are a liquid detergent user, first pre-treat the stain with Ariel Power Gel, then wash as normal.
Desserts – including chocolate/ice cream/jam
If you accidentally missed your mouth, soak your clothes in warm water containing Ariel Sunrise Fresh powder, or any Ariel liquid detergent, then wash as normal according to the care label.
Spices – including chili/curry/mustard
Soak in a warm water solution containing Ariel powder detergent, then wash according to the fabric care label. You can use Ariel liquid detergent too, but in this case pre-treat the stain before washing as normal.
Soak for one hour in cold water. You can either pre-treat the stain with Ariel liquid detergent, or soak with Ariel Sunrise Fresh powder and then wash as normal according to the fabric care label.
